- MCC - WINTER 2026 - CULH - 1255 - C1601 - Pustahea - Notes: Lecture Uniform: *Collared white shirt and black pants. *No tattered blue jeans or t-shirts. *No hats of any kind. Table Service: *White pressed oxford style shirt and appropriate necktie. *Black pressed trousers/slacks (no jeans) *Skirt must be no short than 1” above the knee, no longer than 1” inch below the knee. No runs in nylons. *White long Bistro style apron with 6” wide pocket to accommodate server booklet. *Clean polished comfortable black, closed toe shoes. NO HEELS. Leather or vinyl, NO canvas. *One pair of stud earrings may be worn in ear only; no other piercings are acceptable per Macomb County Health Department. A wristwatch and a wedding band is allowed as well.
